Abstract bridge representing the path from product value to sales readiness
The early-stage sales challenge

You have a great product. But can buyers see why it matters?

Early-stage founders are often closest to the product, but turning that knowledge into a consistent buyer story takes work. The gap tends to show up in a few familiar places:

01

Features lead the conversation

Discovery and demos move into what the product does before the buyer’s problem and priorities are clear.

02

The story shifts

The website, deck, and spoken pitch emphasize different parts of the product story.

03

Momentum becomes harder to maintain

Promising conversations lose energy when the follow-up, proof, or next step is unclear.

What you need now

A clearer way to explain, demonstrate, and sell your product.

A buyer-centered storyLead with the problem and value before the product features.
One consistent narrativeCarry the same message across the website, deck, and sales conversation.
Confidence in competitive conversationsKnow how to handle objections and “Why not competitor X?”
A clear path forwardGuide discovery, demos, follow-up, and next steps with intention.

Phani Akella

Phani Akella started GTM Setu to help complex B2B companies make their products easier to buy and sell. That means understanding how buyers evaluate products, how sales teams navigate complex deals, and what motivates partners to prioritize a product.

He brings 16+ years of experience across cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS. At Indusface, he built an integrated marketing engine across product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, partner marketing, analyst relations, and marketing operations. This work helped double revenue while generating 10x pipeline for every dollar spent.

Earlier, Phani helped build and scale the marketing function at HighRadius. He generated more than $300 million in pipeline as the company grew from bootstrapped to Series C, and later led a 40-member global marketing team.

A computer science engineer and ISB MBA, Phani works comfortably across technical products, buyer context, and commercial execution. GTM Setu brings that operator experience to growth-stage cybersecurity and DeepTech companies.
